UltraRoof380 from Ultraframe is a lightweight tiled roofing system  which overcomes the issues of conservatories being too hot in summer and too cold in winter. Inside, it offers a vaulted, plastered ceiling; outside it is finished in lightweight slate-effect tiles. What’s more, the complete roof is pre- manufactured to ensure consistent quality on site and swift installation times.

The system can accommodate multiple glass panels using high performance glazing options to reduce glare  and manage heat levels, as well as Velux windows, so even where a solid roof is required, there is no need to compromise on light.

Modern aluminium capping or a more traditional tile roof capping options are available for ridge and hip and external fascia boards are available in different colour choices (white, black, Rosewood or Oak) to match or contrast existing window frames.

With the UltraRoof380 roofing system, an internal pelmet sits around the perimeter of the ceiling inside  - handy for spotlights or speakers and at the apex of the roof a flat panel can be added for the insertion of down-lights or hanging of pendant lights.
