'Warm' Aluminium Bi-fold Doors

Colours & Finishes

WarmCore bi-fold doors from Ipswich Trade Frames, designed and manufactured in the UK , are 25% more thermally efficient than traditional aluminium systems which use polymide thermal breaks to reduce the threat of cold bridging. The multi-chambered ‘WarmCore’ offers an impressive, future-proofing solution for aluminium doors as Building Regulations Part L continue to tighten.

The high strength, high security, recyclable doors open inwards or outwards with configurations up to 6m wide, with as many as 7 opening panes which glide along custom designed tracks.

WarmCore’s aluminium construction, custom-made roller assemblies which sit deep within the top and bottom tracks, and extruded aluminium hinges make them inherently strong and secure. Added security features (integral dog bolts) bind the door sashes together when closed, protecting against forced entry. An optional laminate glass upgrade gives WarmCore bi-folding doors ‘Secured by Design’ accreditation

A range of external aluminium designs, threshold options and hard-wearing powder-coated finishes (including interior/ exterior dual option colours) are available.
